the staff was helpful and professional. i spoke with wony, the concierge, and they was particularly helpful. the wait staff at breakfast are attentive and made sure i felt welcome each morning. they really make all the difference, i think.

check in was a mess. it was long, even though i was the only guest. the printer weren't working, so i had to wait. i wasn't offered a welcome drink. this give a bad first impression.

helpful staff clean room ample space great decoration

The staff were amazingly helpful, even letting us use the spa to freshen up before our late flight. i had already checked out. The thoughtfulness was really appreciated. the king room offered plenty of space and was impeccably clean. The decoration was superb too. i really felt pampered!!!

I noticed just a tiny delay once when waiting for the elevator. It wasn't a big deal, really.

The staff was attentive. They provided information when needed and engaged in friendly conversation. assistance with baggage was proactive, including providing directions outside the hotel. the team ensured i felt very welcome.

Breakfast included menu choices and a buffet with pastries and fruit. the rooftop japanese restaurant sora offers views of the city, especially beautiful at night. waiters were very attentive. The food was AMAZING!!!
